Many people commute to Seattle by ferry or enjoy hopping on the ferry to visit Seattle or Edmonds. If you take one of the Washington State Ferries, you can drive on, walk on, or bike on. Kitsap Transit's Fast Ferries get you there much quicker but these are smaller, passenger-only ferries.
