More About Me

Considering the move:

I can help with listing your home or finding a unique property that matches your individuality. I am a native of the Seattle area and have lived on Bainbridge Island for over 16 years. North Kitsap is unique in that it is not only a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle, but also an easy drive to the Olympic Peninsula. I have bought and remodeled several homes and recognize the financial security a home can bring. This area has a variety of lifestyle options from which to choose, and I can assist you in finding your perfect home. I also have a passion for listing homes, in that I love the attention to detail with a finished product. My goal is to bring you more money and have an easy closing.

Making the move:

When you decide to sell your home, I will help you prepare for the listing so that your home will shine without surprises. Windermere has the market share of the Puget Sound area and your home will receive top notch presentation through attention to detail. I also have been very successful as a buyer's agent.  It helps to go LOCAL for your realtor because reputation with other local offices will go a long way in helping to prevail as a buyer or list as a seller.

Background and Sense of Community:

I was born in Seattle and from a very early age, my architect father and I would visit open houses and building sites. He taught me how to critique quality construction and gave me a sense of design and function. In 2000, I took a bike ride with my husband and son to the “wilds” of Bainbridge Island from Seattle (Bainbridge Island was a place we had always passed through on our way to the Olympic Peninsula). We rode to Faye Bainbridge Park, camped and explored Winslow the next day. We put our Seattle Magnolia Tudor on the market soon after and moved into a little waterfront cottage on Fletcher Bay where we have lived ever since. I became well connected in the community; starting with the BI school district (both as a PTO board member and a Paraeducator), Hyla Middle School (as a parent volunteer), Helpline House/Interfaith Council Super Suppers (organizer/chef), and have served on the board of our local Jewish synagogue, Congregation Kol Shalom (URJ Reform).

Work with me:

My BA is in Speech Communication, and being a good listener is part of who I am.
